Analytics
At the moment this site runs no analytics of any kind — no script, no cookie, no counter. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the ordinary server logs kept by our host.
If we do add analytics, it will be Plausible: cookieless, EU-hosted, fully aggregated (page views, referrers, country) and with no personal data, which is why it needs no consent banner. This page will say so before it happens.
Affiliate links
Some links to tours go to Viator and GetYourGuide. When you click one, those platforms may set their own cookies to attribute a booking. We receive only aggregate commission reports — never your personal data. Their handling is covered by their own privacy policies (viator.com, getyourguide.com).
There is no mailing list and no sign-up form on this site. The only email address we ever hold is one you have written to us from — we use it to reply to you and for nothing else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or portability of any personal data we hold — which, unless you've subscribed by email, is none. Email hello@toulonportguide.com and you can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
